We are hiring for a great client in El Segundo, CA seeking a Part-Time Administrative Support professional to assist with payment processing, records management, and general office support on a contract basis. This role is 100% onsite and ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling administrative and clerical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (~16 hours / week)
Responsibilities
- Process online and check payments and accurately record payment information
- Perform data entry related to payments, accounts, and administrative records
- Prepare and mail invoices, permits, and related documentation
- Contact delinquent businesses regarding outstanding balances or required information
- Process public records requests and maintain organized documentation
- Scan, file, and maintain digital and physical records
- Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed
Qualifications
- Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred
- Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
- Comfortable communicating with businesses and the public by phone and email
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
