We are hiring for a great client in Placentia seeking a Production Coordinator to support their operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative, data entry, and customer service experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Enter and process production and sales-related data into an ERP system with a high level of accuracy
- Support order coordination by assisting with production documentation and tracking
- Maintain organized electronic files by scanning and properly storing documents
- Ensure documentation is accurately linked to corresponding orders and records
- Communicate with internal departments to confirm order details and maintain workflow accuracy
- Assist with general administrative support including email correspondence, documentation, and reporting
- Help ensure processes are organized, up to date, and aligned with operational needs
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of administrative, customer service, or data entry experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working with systems and entering high volumes of data
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus
