Occupational Therapist (OT) 

We are hiring for a great client in Flemington, NJ. This is an on-site contract opportunity for an Occupational Therapist (OT) who will provide therapy services to students to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional independence within the school environment. 

Responsibilities 

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and develop treatment plans 
• Provide direct therapy services aligned with IEP goals 
• Support students with sensory integration, motor coordination, and adaptive skills 
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement classroom strategies 
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide progress updates 
• Maintain accurate documentation and service logs 
• Recommend adaptive equipment and modifications as needed 
• Ensure compliance with state and federal special education regulations 

Qualifications 

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy 
• Active NJ OT license 
• Previous school-based experience preferred 
• Knowledge of IEP processes and documentation requirements 
• Strong collaboration and communication skills 
• Ability to manage caseload effectively
