We are seeking a skilled IT Analyst to join our client’s team on a contract basis. The IT Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting technology programs, maintaining and fixing network systems, and ensuring the security and reliability of various technology systems. Responsibilities:

• Assist with various technology projects, including business software updates, communication network design and maintenance, phone system management, and website administration.
• Diagnose and resolve network system issues.
• Maintain server operations.
• Ensure seamless integration and functionality of different technology systems.
• Monitor technology systems for performance and reliability.
• Install and update hardware and software.
• Test new features or upgrades prior to implementation.
• Provide support for various business applications.
• Develop programs or databases for data processing.
• Schedule and manage software installations and updates.
• Design and update website front-end systems.
• Develop and maintain web-based products and applications.
• Ensure website policies and procedures are up-to-date.
• Install and manage system security hardware and software.
• Manage employee access to computer systems, email, and applications.
• Set up and reset passwords.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software, hardware, workstations, servers, databases, and other equipment.
• Conduct system analysis for the design, implementation, maintenance, and upgrading of technology systems.
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in IT support, network management, and systems analysis.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in managing and maintaining hardware, software, and network systems.
• Knowledge of system security best practices and tools.
