We are hiring for an exceptional client seeking a Mid to Senior Project Manager (Sales). This is an outstanding opportunity for a driven sales professional with expertise in project management to support business growth in Southern California, focusing on areas south of Fresno. This position requires a strong background in crane operations and project management. The ideal candidate will bring significant experience and a proactive approach to fostering and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Drive sales efforts, manage project expectations, and support branch operations.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales and branch teams to ensure alignment on objectives.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients and internal teams to meet project goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and communicate technical specifications of equipment.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to maintain a clean driving record.
  • At least 5 years of experience in crane rental sales or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with the ability to independently manage emails and tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills for effective communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Expertise in crane and rigging operations.
  • Ability to establish and nurture long-term client relationships while cultivating new opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure mutually beneficial terms and contracts.
  • Familiarity with Fleet Cost and Care software is highly advantageous.
  • Commitment to ethical business practices and building trust with stakeholders.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma required.

Travel and Work Attire:

  • Approximately 75% local travel with occasional out-of-state trips for company meetings and projects.
  • Compliance with industry-standard safety gear (PPE), including hardhat, gloves, and safety glasses.
