We are hiring a Sales Support Representative for a well-established company in Irvine. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity working on-site Monday through Friday. The role plays a key part in supporting a high-volume sales team and finance department to ensure transactions are processed smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process sales contracts with accuracy and attention to detail
- Escalate special requests or exceptions to management for approval
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain CRM systems with up-to-date information
- Submit shipment authorizations and provide customer shipment notifications
- Assist sales representatives with administrative and process-related support
- Participate in special projects or additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, or account management
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professional problem-solving skills with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset
