We are hiring for a great client in Irvine, CA. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity with a well-established and growing company in the automotive aftermarket industry. Our client is seeking a strategic and motivated Business Development Manager to help expand their presence across multiple sales channels and drive continued growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with new and existing accounts.
- Identify, research, and pursue business opportunities through market analysis and industry trend evaluation.
- Create and execute sales strategies to expand into new channels beyond e-commerce, focusing on traditional distribution and national accounts.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment on initiatives and seamless execution of business development efforts.
- Contribute to overall company growth through strategic planning and market expansion.
Requirements
- 5+ years of business development, strategic sales, and account management experience in the automotive aftermarket industry.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong knowledge of the aftermarket distribution landscape and market trends.
- Proven ability to develop sales strategies, drive revenue, and close business.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Highly organized, self-sufficient, and results-driven with strong attention to detail.
- Passion for the automotive industry; car enthusiast background a plus.

- Onsite in Irvine, CA.
- Up to 50% travel, including occasional overnight travel.
- Must have unrestricted U.S. work authorization.
