We are hiring on behalf of a great client in San Juan Capistrano seeking an organized and customer-focused Administrative Support professional on a contract basis to assist with day-to-day office operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong clerical and communication skills who enjoys providing responsive support in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical support role, preferably in a professional office setting.
- Strong customer service and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new systems quickly.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Schedule: Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
