We are hiring for a great client in Brea, CA seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support daily accounting operations and month-end close activities. This is an on-site contract role with the possibility of hybrid flexibility once fully trained.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field highly preferred
• 2+ years of hands-on accounting experience, including reconciliations and month-end close
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with accounting systems
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams
• Ability to work on-site in Brea, CA, with the potential for hybrid flexibility once trained
