We are hiring for a great client in Placentia seeking a Panel Builder to support the assembly and wiring of industrial control panels. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in electrical or mechanical assembly who can work from schematics and drawings in a production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and wire industrial control panels and electro-mechanical components based on schematics and drawings
• Review work orders, BOMs, and drawings to ensure materials and instructions are accurate prior to assembly
• Perform layout, drilling, tapping, cutting, and installation of panel components and enclosures
• Complete point-to-point wiring and ensure proper routing and connections
• Test completed panels using appropriate tools to verify functionality and accuracy
• Troubleshoot basic electrical and/or pneumatic issues as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in panel building, electrical assembly, or a related field
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and assembly drawings
• Experience using hand tools, measurement tools, and basic testing equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable working in a production or shop environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required
