We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Junior Administrative Assistant / Receptionist for a temporary assignment with one of our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain office experience while supporting a busy team with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Greet visitors and provide professional front desk support
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including filing, scanning, copying, and data entry
- Assist with preparing and processing Bills of Lading (BOLs) and shipping documentation
- Organize and maintain office files and records
- Sort and distribute mail and deliveries
- Order and maintain office supplies as needed
- Support various departments with administrative projects
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 1+ year of administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
