We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Junior Administrative Assistant / Receptionist for a temporary assignment with one of our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain office experience while supporting a busy team with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Greet visitors and provide professional front desk support
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including filing, scanning, copying, and data entry
  • Assist with preparing and processing Bills of Lading (BOLs) and shipping documentation
  • Organize and maintain office files and records
  • Sort and distribute mail and deliveries
  • Order and maintain office supplies as needed
  • Support various departments with administrative projects
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
