We are hiring for a great client in Newport Beach, CA, seeking a Fiscal Clerk on a contract basis. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their skills in customer service, cashiering, and administrative support within a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Process financial transactions, handle payments, and assist with account reconciliations.
- Update and maintain financial records, ledgers, and logs to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Assist with data entry, filing and scanning documents as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries in person, via email, or over the phone.
- Perform a range of administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and organizing files.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
