Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and retrieve messages from a voicemail system and return calls in a calm, professional manner
  • Create and manage cases using internal software
  • Prepare various types of notices for mailing
  • Assemble mailing materials, including certified and regular mail envelopes
  • Accurately apply postage and prepare outgoing mail
  • Assist with general administrative duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Ability to handle incoming calls from the public with patience and professionalism
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Previous administrative or clerical experience in a government or high-volume office setting preferred
