Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) 

We are hiring for a great client in Three Bridges, NJ. This is an on-site contract opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who will support students with behavioral needs through assessment, intervention planning, and staff training. 

Responsibilities 

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) 
• Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) 
• Provide direct and consultative behavioral support services 
• Train teachers and support staff on behavior strategies and data collection 
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed 
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration 
• Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal regulations 
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation 

Qualifications 

• Active BCBA certification 
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field 
• Experience working in school-based settings preferred 
• Strong data analysis and behavior plan development skills 
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators and families 
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
