We are hiring for a great client in Irvine, CA for a Sales Support Representative opportunity. This is a full-time, on-site position supporting a fast-paced sales and customer operations team. We are seeking a polished, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a high-volume environment and enjoys helping internal teams and customers with urgency and accuracy. The Sales Support Representative will partner closely with field sales teams, internal departments, and customers to help ensure orders, contracts, and shipments are processed efficiently and accurately. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, process, and track sales agreements and related documentation with a high level of accuracy
- Enter and maintain customer, order, and account information within CRM and internal systems
- Coordinate shipment requests and provide updates regarding order status and delivery timelines
- Respond to customer and internal inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Escalate special requests or exceptions to leadership when needed
- Support sales representatives with administrative tasks, reporting, and account follow-up
- Work cross-functionally with finance, operations, and customer support teams to resolve issues
- Assist with additional projects and team initiatives as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, account coordination, or related administrative support roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional phone and email etiquette
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork mindset with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to work additional hours during peak business periods when needed
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
